**Meeting targets**: Work to meet or exceed monthly and weekly sales goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Skills and qualifications

**Communication**: Strong verbal communication, persuasion, and listening skills are crucial for engaging with prospects.

**Sales knowledge**: Experience with outbound sales techniques, lead generation, and closing deals.

**Organizational skills**: Ability to manage time effectively, handle a high volume of calls, and maintain detailed records.

**CRM proficiency**: Experience using customer relationship management (CRM) software.

**Mindset**: Results-driven, goal-oriented, and proactive approach to sales.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
