**Relationship Officer/Academic Coordinator**

**About the Group**

URBX is an Indian based Group of Companies primarily engaged in International and Domestic Logistics, Project Logistics, Dredging and Imparting Professional Education.

We are seeking a dynamic individual for the role of Relationship Officer and Academic Coordinator at our upcoming institution in Ernakulam. Collaborate with the academic department, manage stakeholder relationships, and contribute to academic program development.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Collaborate with the Academic Department: Effective communication and contribution to academic content development

2. Research and Development: Stay updated on educational trends.

3. Stakeholder Engagement: Build positive relationships and facilitate communication.

4. Interpersonal Skills: Foster a collaborative work environment, acting as a bridge between teams.

5. Project Launch Support: Work with the project team during the institution's launch.

6. Academic Administration and Coordination: Efficiently manage meetings, appointments, and deadlines.

7. Education Field Experience: Coordinate, manage students, and ensure quality education.

8. Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office, utilizing technology for academic and project coordination processes.

9. Communication Skills: excellent verbal and nonverbal communication for effective team and stakeholder engagement.

10. Team Player: collaborative approach, fostering a positive work environment.

**Qualifications**:

- PG in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in academic coordination and relationship management.
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in MS Office.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

- Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
