**Job Title**: Student Counselor (Fresher)

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Counsel students and understand their academic needs and career aspirations.
- Conduct course and university searches based on the student's profile and preferences.
- Offer guidance and support in writing SOPs, and obtaining LORs, ensuring that all documents meet the required standards.
- Communicate effectively with students and parents, addressing their queries and concerns.

**Qualifications**:

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with students.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of the study abroad process is preferred but not mandatory as training will be provided.

**Skills Required**:

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
