You will play a key role in the Planning group under network systems. You will play a critical part in enabling key programs for our customers. You will collaborate with teams to deliver strategic programs end to end. You will also be getting an opportunity to work on transformation programs.
- Analyzing business requirements and creating technical design documents that are in accordance with the company's architecture standards.
- Identifying and aligning project requirements and conducting impact analysis.
- Collaborating with the business teams, external vendors, and other internal IT teams to deliver projects on time.
- Translating designs and wireframes into high-quality code.
- Performing hands-on coding work on projects to introduce new modular, reusable Services/APIs or enhance the existing ones.
- Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers.
- Creating configuration, build, and test scripts for Continuous Integration environments.
- Writing tested, idiomatic, documented components along with extensive unit tests using automated TDD tasks.

**Where you'll be working**

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.

You’ll need to have:

- Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
- Four or more years of relevant work experience.
- Experience in java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Microservices, React.
- Experience in Develops, AWS. Experience in Docker/K8s.
- Experience in an Agile-based delivery environment.
- Experience in working with databases.
- Knowledge of security tools & processes.
- Experience in DevSecOps.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

- A master’s degree.
- Ability to create efficient database solutions, and optimize existing DB architecture.
- Ability to work in an ambiguous environment and thrive.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to clearly articulate and influence stakeholders.
- Experience in an Agile-based delivery environment.
- Knowledge of functional automation tools and good thought process on quality.
- Knowledge of security concepts, and ideas to implement vulnerable free code.
- Knowledge of network elements, and network concepts.
- Knowledge of architecture, design and ability to guide the team.
- Experience in leading and managing teams by delivering products.
