- Understanding the Business requirements, designing a business solution, and working with different functional teams to deliver the solution.
- Using professional concepts and company policies and procedures to solve a wide range of complex problems in creative and practical ways.
- Involving oneself in one large and/or complex project at a time; developing schedules to ensure timely completion of the project.
- Receiving general guidance for the accomplishment of short to medium-term goals and operating objectives.
- Supporting development and maintenance of projects delivered under major programs (e.g. 5G, RAN).
- Learning and delivering multiple technologies (e.g., Full Stack developer) and working closely with the DevOps teams to deliver against timelines.
- Documenting and maintaining architectural guidance to ensure the performance and scalability of the platform.

Where you’ll be working

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.

You’ll need to have:

- Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
- Four or more years of relevant work experience.
- Strong Experience in working full-stack programming development using React(typescript), NextJS framework, Node, and Postgresql including web design and component-based development.
- Experience in Agile methodologies & large-scale software architecture.
- Experience in working with AWS services (EC2, Lambda, RDS, S3 / EKS)
- Foundational knowledge of working with NPM repository for dependency & package management

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

- Solid experience in deploying & Operating software solutions using DevOps & SRE Practices
- Solid experience & exposure to APIs of DevOps & Delivery Products including Clarity, Jira, Rally, GitLab, Sonar, Jenkins, Artifactory, QTest, Confluence, etc
- Demonstrated Ability in exercising technical judgment for solving software engineering challenges.
- Highly familiar with Agile methodologies and best practices, with a focus on continuous improvement and high predictability.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
