**As a Junior Scientist, you will play a crucial role in the following responsibilities**:
Develop efficient regeneration protocols for Date Palm and Oil Palm varieties.

Responsible for identification right explant source and collection of the same for initiations

Create a clear and time-bound execution plan for program implementation.

Proficiently perform, identify, and collect data, and conduct data analysis for tissue cultures.

Possess substantial experience in Date Palm and/or Oil Palm tissue culture projects, whether in government, private sector labs, or industries.

Demonstrate expertise in the field through scientific articles or other peer-reviewed documents.

Your role as a Junior/senior Scientist is integral to the success of our project at Kanha Shanti Vanam, and it requires a solid background in plant sciences and substantial experience in Date Palm and/or Oil Palm tissue culture.

**Educational Requirements**:
Master's or Bachelor's degree in Plant Sciences, Agricultural Science, Horticulture, Botany, or Agriculture.

**Project Name**:
Development of Efficient Regeneration Protocols and Large-Scale Production of Date Palm and Oil Palm Varieties.

**Accommodation will be given on sharing basis inside the campus and food will be served on nominal charges.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
