**Job description-**Urgent hiring for Sr Executive /Executive HR / Asst Executive for HR + Payroll / HR + Recruitment / HR + Generalist profiles

**Key Responsibilities**:
Implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company objectives and legal requirements.

Manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.

Administer employee benefits programs and handle inquiries regarding policies and procedures.

Facilitate performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and career development planning.

Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.

Coordinate and conduct training sessions to enhance employee skills and promote professional development.

Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation.

Partner with management to foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement initiatives.

Manage HR projects as assigned, such as organizational development initiatives or employee wellness programs.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
