**SEO EXECUTIVE & WEBSITE ADMINISTRATOR**

Brand Services Agency. The incumbent will be a passionate technology enthusiast and a SEO Expert with a good understanding of brand, marketing, and digital media fundamentals.

- What day to day work will include -_
- Develop pitch specific SEO strategy and collaborate with cross-functional teams including
Account Management, Business Development, Content and Design.
- Maintain and Improve SEO reporting dashboard logic to be customized and used for client’s SEO performance tracking.
- Be adept in understanding nuances of various industries and mapping SEO strategies to the client’s market position
- Have thorough and hands-on experience implementing SEO and demonstrated success in achieving results
- Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-impact keywords and opportunities for organic growth.
- Optimize website content, meta tags, and on-page elements to improve search engine rankings and user experience.
- Collaborate with the content team to develop SEO-friendly content that aligns with targeted keywords and attracts organic traffic.
- Regularly monitor website performance using SEO tools and Google Analytics, providing insights and recommendations to enhance website traffic and user engagement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, search engine algorithms, and best practices to ensure the company's website remains competitive.
- Conduct technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues that may negatively impact website performance and indexing.
- Implement off-page SEO strategies, including link building, outreach, and partnerships to increase the website's authority and domain reputation.
- Monitor competitors' SEO activities and suggest proactive measures to maintain or surpass our market position.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align SEO efforts with overall marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- In-depth performance analysis to find opportunities for optimization of current strategy and development of the overall business’ digital strategy.
- Keep abreast with latest trends and innovations to bring in best practices and deliver world
- class results.
- Website Maintenance: Regularly updating the website's content, including text, images, videos, and other media. This involves ensuring that all information is accurate and up to date.
- Security Management: Implementing security measures to protect the website from potential threats, such as hacking attempts, malware, and other cyber-attacks. This may involve installing security software, performing regular backups, and monitoring for any suspicious activities.
- User Management: Managing user accounts, permissions, and access levels. This includes creating and deleting user accounts, updating user profiles, and ensuring that users have appropriate access to the website's features and content.
- Server Management: Monitoring and maintaining the web hosting server to ensure that it is running efficiently and resolving any server-related issues that may arise.
- Website Performance Optimization: Monitoring website performance metrics, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing optimizations to improve page loading times and overall user experience.
- Content Management System (CMS) Management: If the website uses a CMS (e.g., WordPress, Drupal, Joomla), the administrator is responsible for managing the CMS installation, updating plugins and themes, and ensuring the CMS itself is secure.
- Backup and Recovery: Regularly backing up the website's data and ensuring there are procedures in place for disaster recovery in case of data loss or other emergencies.
- Analytics and Reporting: Utilizing web analytics tools to track website traffic, user behavior, and other relevant metrics. The administrator may use this data to generate reports and make informed decisions to improve the website's performance.
- Implementing Website Changes and Upgrades: Working with developers and designers to implement new features, design changes, or website upgrades.
- Domain and DNS Management: Handling domain registration and managing DNS settings to ensure the website's proper functioning.
