- Monitor and analyze ad performance metrics, such as CTR, CPC, and ROI.
- Optimise campaigns based on performance data to achieve better results.
- Stay updated on Facebook Ads trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
- Assist in preparing performance reports and presenting insights to the team.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Basic understanding of Facebook Ads Manager and digital advertising principles.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data.
- Creativity and an eye for design to assist in creating engaging ad content.
- Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar design platforms (preferred).
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Enthusiasm to learn and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
