As the Accounting Compliance Specialist, you will be tasked with ensuring adherence to financial regulations, implementing robust compliance frameworks, and safeguarding our financial reputation.Key Responsibilities:Financial Recordkeeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger entries.Compliance Monitoring: Monitor compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies to ensure adherence to legal requirements.Audit Preparation: Assist in preparing documentation and supporting schedules for internal and external audits, ensuring timely completion and compliance with audit requirements.Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains in accounting procedures, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions.Reporting and Analysis: Generate financial reports and perform variance analysis to provide insights into financial performance and trends.Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks through proactive monitoring and control measures.Documentation and Documentation Management: Maintain organized and updated documentation related to accounting processes, policies, and procedures.Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including finance, legal, and operations teams, to ensure alignment on accounting and compliance matters.Are you the perfect fit for this role?
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in accounting or finance, with a focus on compliance and regulatory requirements.
- At least 2 years of experience in the field of Accounting, Direct/Indirect Taxation and ROC compliances in a CA Firm
- Should be proficient in MS Excel
- Should be well versed in Drafting work in accordance with the Companies Act (Board Resolutions, Minutes, Agreements etc)
- Should be able to prepare books of accounts in Tally
- Should be able to make payroll entries
- Should be able to communicate well and eager to learning new things

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
