**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Voice Process Executive to drive sales and support our customer engagement initiatives. Your responsibilities will include handling inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets. **Responsibilities**:

- Engage with customers through inbound and outbound calls to promote products and services.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets through effective selling techniques.
- Provide information about products, services, and promotions to customers.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer experience and achieve overall objectives.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales or a similar voice process role (BPO experience preferred).
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with CRM software is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
