**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Inventory Management**:

- Monitor stock levels and place orders for electrical products as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory and ensure proper storage conditions.
- Conduct regular stock audits to minimize discrepancies.
- **Purchasing**:

- Source and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best prices and quality for electrical goods.
- Evaluate supplier performance and maintain relationships for ongoing business.
- **Dispatch Coordination**:

- Organize and oversee the packing and dispatching of goods to various locations.
- Schedule deliveries and coordinate with logistics providers to ensure timely shipments.
- Track shipments and address any issues that may arise during transit.
- Assist Employees with inquiries and provide product recommendations.
- Handle returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies.
- **Reporting**:

- Prepare reports on inventory status, sales trends, and supplier performance for management.
- Analyze data to forecast demand and optimize stock levels.
- **Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in all store operations.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or IIT in Electrical (preferred).
- Proven experience in inventory management, purchasing, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and inventory management in software.
- Knowledge of electrical products and market trends is a plus.
