**About Us**:
We are a growing online handicrafts and lifestyle brand, managing operations across multiple platforms including Amazon, Flipkart, and our own online store. We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented **E-commerce Operations Executive** to join our team and support day-to-day operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage listings, inventory, and product uploads on **Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplaces**:

- Coordinate with the **warehouse team** for timely dispatch and stock updates
- Monitor **order processing**, cancellations, returns, and refunds
- Maintain reports on **daily sales, order status, and inventory levels**:

- Support in pricing strategies, promotions, and catalog optimization
- Coordinate with courier services and ensure **logistics efficiency**:

- Handle **basic customer service queries** related to orders and shipping
- Ensure accurate records using **MS Excel/Google Sheets**

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Graduate in **B.Com / BBA / B.E / MBA or any stream**:

- Minimum **2 years of experience** in e-commerce operations or a related field (warehousing/logistics/manufacturing preferred)
- Proficiency in **MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)**:

- Familiarity with **Amazon Seller Central** or any online store backend preferred
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
