**Key Responsibilities**:

- Promote and sell a range of medical devices to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including doctors, procurement managers, and medical staff.
- Achieve sales targets and growth objectives within the assigned territory.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide in-depth product knowledge to customers.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to develop effective sales strategies.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other events to represent the company and increase brand awareness.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Minimum **2 years of experience** in sales within the **medical devices industry**.
- Strong understanding of the medical devices market, products, and customer needs.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
