Chief of Staff

We are searching for a highly qualified chief of staff to work closely with our Director and executive team.
**Role and Responsibilities -**
- Work side-by-side with the Director and leadership team, continuously seek to improve processes and streamline collaboration across team members.
- Perform administrative tasks such as managing calendars, generating correspondence, planning and coordinating annual corporate meetings, scheduling facilities and prioritizing business strategies based on their schedules
- Acts as a strategic advisor to the Director and senior management team. Assist and communicate with executives in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation.
- Oversee strategic business initiatives, from development through successful execution, under the guidance of senior leadership and department heads.
- Improve current processes and optimize organizational procedures for efficiency and productivity.
- Building Project Reports and collaborating in new projects of company
Researches and recommends new and revised policies and strategies.
**Experience and skill**
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in business administration or similar filed
- Strong project reporting skills, with a focus on interdepartmental communication
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly independent environment and juggle multiple ongoing projects, responsibilities, and relationships
**Salary**: From ₹400,000.00 per year

- Kolkata - 700020, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
