Profile - Qualified Company Secretary with 1-3 years of experience

Experience-1 to 3 years
1. Prepare agendas and papers for board meetings, committees, and annual general meetings (AGMs) and follow up on action points.
2.Convene and service AGMs, take minutes, draft resolutions, and lodge required forms and annual returns with appropriate departments.
3.Ensure policies, regulatory, or statutory changes that might affect the organization are up to date and approved.
4.Maintain statutory books, including registers of members, directors, and secretaries.
5.Handle correspondence, collate information, write reports and communicate decisions to relevant company stakeholders.
6.Liaise with external regulators and advisers such as lawyers and auditors, consultants, RTA, Depositories etc.
7.Implement processes or systems to ensure good management of the organization.
8.Develop and oversee the systems that ensure the company complies with all applicable codes, in addition to its legal and statutory requirements.
9.Take an active role and provide valuable input to the management decisions related to sharing issues, mergers, and takeovers.
10. Compliances related to Listed company
11.Strong Verbal & Written communication skill
12. Drafting must be excellent.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
