**What You’ll Do**:
Plan, set up, and manage ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and Google (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube)

Optimize campaigns for performance and ROI

Set up Meta Pixel and Google conversion tracking

Create and test custom audiences, lookalikes, and retargeting strategies

Analyze performance reports and suggest improvementsCollaborate with our team on creatives and landing pages

**Requirements**:
2-3 years of hands-on experience with Facebook & Google AdsStrong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Meta Pixel, and custom/conversion eventsProven results with real campaign examples

Familiarity with performance metrics (CPC, ROAS, CTR, CPA)Clear communication and reporting skills

Bonus Skills:Google Tag Manager and GA4 experienceExperience with Shopify, WordPress, or lead-gen funnels
