**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copywriting to optimize campaign performance.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and maximize ROI.
- Perform ongoing A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies to enhance conversion rates.
- Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns.
- Collaborate with the content and design team to ensure ads align with brand and marketing goals.
- Develop strategies to improve click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and reduce cost-per-click (CPC) and cost-per-conversion.
- Provide detailed and insightful reports on campaign performance and recommend optimization strategies.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest PPC trends, Google and Facebook Ads policy changes, and best practices.
- Manage and optimize the budget for PPC campaigns, ensuring effective spending and cost control.

**Requirements**:

- **Bachelor’s Degree** (a must).
- Proven experience in PPC, with a strong focus on **Google Ads and Facebook Ads** (experience required).
- Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.
- Hands-on experience with various bid management tools and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
