We are seeking a dynamic and driven **Business Development Associate** to join our team. In this role, you will connect with Indian and international clients, introduce them to our Amazon services, and convert leads into long-term partnerships.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Make **outbound calls to Indian & international clients** and pitch our Amazon solutions.
- Understand client needs and offer tailored services - from listings to ads to A+ content.
- Identify leads, qualify prospects, and pass them on to the sales closers or onboard directly.
- Maintain your pipeline and progress.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding & delivery.

**What You Bring**
- 6+ months of experience in Amazon sales, business development, or client communication.
- Fluent, confident **English communication** - must be comfortable with international calls.
- Proactive, go-getter attitude with strong closing and follow-up skills.
- Familiarity with Amazon services or eCommerce will be a big plus.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet targets.
