Position Title: Marketing and Sales Associate

Location: Unisoft Technologies, Dharmpeth, Nagpur

**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns to generate leads and drive sales.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends, and analyze competitor activities.
- Support the sales team by providing them with marketing materials, sales collateral, and other resources to help them achieve their targets.
- Coordinate promotional events and activities, such as product launches, trade shows, and networking events.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Assist in the development of sales presentations and proposals to pitch products/services to potential clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing and prospective clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing and sales, and share knowledge and insights with the team.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in marketing and/or sales, preferably in [industry/type of company].
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies and solutions.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and KPIs.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
