We are hiring **Business Development Executives** to expand our B2B network for **Nykaa Cosmetics**. Join a fast-growing brand and build strong merchant partnerships

**Responsibilities**:

- Visit merchants/retailers daily and pitch Nykaa products
- Onboard new business partners and generate bulk orders
- Build strong B2B relationships and meet sales targets
- Report daily sales and market feedback

**Requirements**:

- 12th pass / Graduate (Experienced)
- Prior **B2B field sales experience** preferred
- Bike & Driving License mandatory
- Good communication & negotiation skills
