**Job description**:
You will be responsible for the following activities:
1) To handle MIS Report of primary and secondary sales, goods return
2) Incentive calculations for sales team and see to it that its disbursement on time
3) Handling of sales and reporting software and generate report as and when required, helping the field force in case of difficulty in entering the required data in the software
4) Taking care of near expiry goods informing the same to field force and the management
5) Generate sales invoice, goods transfer order
6) Issue credit note to the stockiest
7) Should be expert in advance excel
8) Calculating the commission of the consignee agents
9) Assisting logistics team in their day to day work
10) Making detailed statement of expenses of the field force and forwarding it to the concerned
- Science graduate, having 2 - 3 years of experience in handling sales MIS role with Pharma company having multiple divisions.
- Should have experience of working for a Pharma company
- Should have working experience in SAP and MS Office.
- Should have strong analytical skills and attention to detail
