**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Guide prospective students through the admission and counselling process for Data Science & AI programs.
- Understand learners’ academic background and career aspirations to recommend suitable courses.
- Achieve and exceed individual enrolment and conversion targets.
- Maintain strong follow-ups with potential leads and ensure timely closures.
- Deliver an excellent student experience throughout the counselling journey.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**
- Minimum **6 months of experience** in Counselling / Sales / EdTech.
- **Basic understanding** of Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, and related technologies.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented mindset with the ability to perform under pressure.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
