**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Use **phonics, storytelling**, and **interactive language tools** to develop students' reading, writing, and communication skills.
- Design and deliver **engaging lesson plans** aligned with the CBSE curriculum and the school’s vision of progressive learning.
- Use hands-on activities, worksheets, and projects to build **numeracy and language skills** in a playful and effective manner.
- Track student progress through regular assessments, classroom participation, and remedial support where required.
- Work closely with fellow teachers to maintain a **positive and inclusive classroom culture**.
- Actively contribute to school events, competitions, parent interactions, and interdisciplinary learning activities.
- Ensure discipline and engagement in the classroom while fostering creativity and curiosity.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Graduate/Postgraduate in **English, Mathematics, or Education** with **B.Ed. preferred**.
- 2-5 years of experience in teaching at a reputed school (exceptional freshers may also apply).
- Strong command over **phonics, grammar, basic numeracy**, and **child-centered teaching techniques**.
- Excellent **communication, classroom management**, and relationship-building skills with children and parents.
- A warm, nurturing approach with a deep passion for **teaching young learners**.
