Teaching: Design and deliver effective English language curriculum and lesson plans to enhance students' reading, writing, and speaking skills, utilizing a range of teaching strategies and methods.

Assessing Student Performance: Develop assessments to evaluate student progress, grade assignments, provide feedback, and evaluate student performance.

Classroom Management: Maintain a safe and conducive learning environment in the classroom, establish classroom rules, and maintain discipline.

Curriculum Development: Develop and update course materials, textbooks, and other resources for English language instruction.

Academic Counseling: Provide academic counseling to students regarding academic goals, career choices, and future opportunities.

Professional Development: Participate in ongoing professional development to remain up-to-date with the latest trends and teaching strategies, attend conferences, seminars, and workshops.

Curriculum Planning: Work with colleagues to plan, design and implement a comprehensive and engaging English curriculum.

Research and Writing: Conduct research and write papers, books, and articles in the field of English language teaching and literature.

Community Outreach: Collaborate with local community organizations to promote literacy and provide support to students.

Administrative Duties: Perform administrative duties related to teaching, such as maintaining student attendance records, providing reports to academic administrators, and collaborating with school leadership.

Overall, English Faculty plays a critical role in shaping students' language and communication skills, promoting a love for reading and writing, and preparing them for future academic and professional opportunities.
