We are looking for a passionate and talented Marketing Executive to join our team and help us grow our business. You will be responsible for finding and pursuing new sales opportunities, as well as developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer loyalty. You will also communicate with potential and existing customers, negotiate deals, and handle complaints or objections.

**Responsibilities**
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
- Track sales data and prepare reports on sales performance and marketing effectiveness.
- Manage budgets and expenses for sales and marketing activities.
- Maintain customer relationships and gather feedback to improve products and services.
- Work with other departments and teams to ensure alignment and coordination of sales and marketing efforts.

**Requirements**:

- MBA degree in marketing, business administration, or related field.
- Excellent knowledge of modern marketing techniques and sales principles.
- Proficient in using CRM software.
- Familiar with social media and web.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and customer-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative, innovative, and problem-solving mindset.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kozhikode, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Master's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Marketing: 1 year (preferred)
- B2B sales: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
