**Role description**:

- **Business Analysis & Solution Design**:

- Engage with business SMEs to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Design end-to-end solution workflows for AI/ML, NLP, and analytics use cases.
- Define project requirements, including milestones, phases, and deliverables, while aligning the development team towards a technical roadmap.
- Prepare and evaluate alternative workflow solutions and system modifications to meet business objectives.
- **Technical Implementation & Problem-Solving**:

- Conduct exploratory data analysis, data wrangling, and feature engineering using **Python** and **SQL**.
- Develop and implement machine learning models, including **Time Series Analysis**, **Neural Networks**, **SVMs**, and boosting methods using Python ML libraries.
- Provide hands-on coding support and drive the technical implementation of solutions.
- **Collaboration & Communication**:

- Work closely with UX teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment of AI/ML solutions with business needs.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication of project progress, risks, and roadblocks.
- Prepare technical reports and maintain user documentation for delivered solutions.
- **DevOps & Cloud Integration**:

- Collaborate with DevOps teams to implement CI/CD pipelines, build management, and versioning.
- Deploy AI/ML solutions on cloud platforms such as **Microsoft Azure**, **Google Cloud Platform (GCP)**, or **Amazon Web Services (AWS)**.

**Required Skills**:

- **5-7 years** of experience in business analysis, requirement gathering, and solution design for AI/ML projects.
- Strong programming skills in **Python** and **SQL**.
- Hands-on experience with **machine learning libraries** and techniques, including **Time Series Analysis**, **Neural Networks**, **SVMs**, and boosting methods.
- Experience with **Deep Learning** and **LLM/Gen AI**, including **Prompt Engineering**, **RAG**, and **hyperparameter tuning**.
- Strong understanding of DevOps practices, including **CI/CD**, **build management**, and **versioning**.
- Intermediate knowledge of cloud services like **Azure**, **GCP**, or **AWS**.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Proficiency in **data preparation**, **data merging**, and **exploratory data analysis**.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a problem-solving mindset.
