**Role description**:

- **Business Analysis & Solution Design**:

- Engage with business SMEs to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Design end-to-end solution workflows for AI/ML, NLP, and analytics use cases.
- Define project requirements, including milestones, phases, and deliverables, while aligning the development team towards a technical roadmap.
- Prepare and evaluate alternative workflow solutions and system modifications to meet business objectives.
- **Technical Implementation & Problem-Solving**:

- Conduct exploratory data analysis, data wrangling, and feature engineering using **Python** and **SQL**.
- Develop and implement machine learning models, including **Time Series Analysis**, **Neural Networks**, **SVMs**, and boosting methods using Python ML libraries.
- Provide hands-on coding support and drive the technical implementation of solutions.
- **Collaboration & Communication**:

- Work closely with UX teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment of AI/ML solutions with business needs.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication of project progress, risks, and roadblocks.

- Experience with **Deep Learning** and **LLM/Gen AI**, including **Prompt Engineering**, **RAG**, and **hyperparameter tuning**.
- Strong understanding of DevOps practices, including **CI/CD**, **build management**, and **versioning**.
- Intermediate knowledge of cloud services like **Azure**, **GCP**, or **AWS**.
