Job Description Key Responsibilities - Analyze large datasets to discover trends and patterns - Build predictive models and machine-learning algorithms - Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to implement data-driven strategies - Identify opportunities for data acquisition and automation of data processes - Create clear visualizations and dashboards using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Python libraries - Maintain documentation of processes, models, and project results Required Skills & Qualifications - Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field - 25 years of experience as a Data Scientist or similar role - Proficiency in Python or R for statistical analysis and machine learning - Strong knowledge of SQL for data querying - Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus - Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills - Preferred Qualifications - Experience with NLP, Deep Learning, or AI model deployment - Hands-on experience with frameworks like Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch - Experience working in remote or distributed teams
