IT Sales Executive

Hello As an IT Sales executive, your role involves selling information technology products and services to businesses and clients. Your primary responsibility is to generate leads, nurture client relationships, and close deals to achieve sales targets. You'll be interacting with potential customers, understanding their needs, and proposing suitable IT solutions that can address their challenges and requirements.
Key responsibilities of an IT Sales executive may include:
1. Prospecting: Identifying potential clients and businesses that could benefit from your IT products and services.
3. Consultative Selling: Understanding the client's specific needs and pain points and offering tailored IT solutions to solve their problems.
4. Product Knowledge: Gaining in-depth knowledge of the IT products and services you're selling to effectively communicate their benefits to potential customers.
5. Sales Presentations: Conducting presentations and demonstrations to showcase how your IT solutions can add value to the client's business.
6. Negotiation: Negotiating terms and pricing with clients to arrive at mutually beneficial agreements.
7. Relationship Building: Building strong and long-lasting relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
8. Sales Reporting: Maintaining records of sales activities, updating the CRM system, and providing regular reports to the sales manager or team.
9. Market Research: Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, competitors' activities, and customer preferences to stay ahead in the market.
10. Team Collaboration: Working closely with other departments like marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure a seamless customer experience.
To excel in this role, you need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a good understanding of the IT industry and the products/services you're selling. Successful IT Sales executives are proactive, persuasive, and customer-focused, as they need to establish trust and credibility with their clients while delivering valuable IT solutions.
**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
