Job Summary: EDEN CRITICAL CARE HOSPITAL, a prestigious NABH accredited Super Specialty Hospital in Chandigarh, is seeking compassionate and dedicated Staff Nurses to join our team. As a Staff Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the well-being of our patients. **Responsibilities**:

- Provide compassionate and efficient nursing care to patients in accordance with established nursing standards and protocols.
- Assess patient conditions, administer medications, and implement appropriate nursing interventions.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs, symptoms, and progress.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to create and implement individualized care plans for patients.
- Assist with diagnostic tests, procedures, and surgeries as required.
- Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of patient records.
- Educate patients and their families on disease management, medications, and home care instructions.
- Maintain a clean and safe patient care environment, adhering to infection control protocols.
- Respond to emergencies and provide immediate nursing interventions as necessary.
- Participate in continuous professional development activities to stay updated with nursing practices and advancements.

**Requirements**:

- B.Sc Nursing, ANM, or GNM qualification from a recognized institution.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Registered Nurse (RN) license or eligibility to obtain licensure.
- Strong knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and protocols.
- Excellent clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Compassionate and empathetic approach towards patient care.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and handle challenging situations.
- Willingness to work in rotating shifts, including night shifts and weekends.

**Salary**: The salary for this position ranges from ₹10,000 to ₹15,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
