Sales Coordinator

If chosen, you will be responsible for:

- Helping in sales to improve productivity by contacting customers to arrange appointments.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliverables are handled efficiently.
- Managing all the sales-related activities of the company.
- Handling a high volume of customer enquirers whilst providing a high quality of service to each caller.
- Writing up accurate and grammatically correct sales correspondence.
- Developing and maintaining filing systems so as to maintain sales records, prepare reports, and provide financial information to the finance department.
- Making the company's products and services as attractive to potential customers as possible.
- Effectively communicating with customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Ensuring adherence to laws, regulations, and policies.

**Professional Competencies**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Sales or Marketing field.
- Experience as a sales coordinator or in administration may be advantageous.
- Good team development and leadership skills.
- Computer literacy.
- Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.
- The ability to multitask work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
- Current knowledge of industry trends and regulations.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Malad, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
