KONVERTO is a space-saving furniture brand focused on innovative, functional, and stylish designs. We are committed to launching unique products every month to meet the evolving needs of urban living.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Product Design & Development**:

- Design and develop space-saving furniture products (e.g., modular furniture, convertible designs).
- Create detailed technical drawings, 3D models, and prototypes using design software.
- Ensure all designs are ergonomic, functional, and aligned with brand aesthetics.
- **Software & Tools Expertise**:

- Use relevant design software such as **SolidWorks**, **AutoCAD**, **Fusion 360**, or similar tools for product design and visualization.
- Utilize rendering tools like KeyShot for realistic product presentations.
- **Prototyping & Testing**:

- Collaborate with manufacturers and vendors to create prototypes.
- Test prototypes for durability, functionality, and ease of use, and make necessary iterations.
- **Material Selection & Research**:

- Research and select cost-effective materials that ensure quality and sustainability.
- Stay updated on industry trends and new materials to incorporate into designs.
- **Project Management**:

- Work on tight deadlines to deliver at least one new product every month.
- Coordinate with the production and marketing teams to ensure smooth launches.
- **Innovation**:

- Propose new ideas and solutions for modular, multi-functional, and space-saving furniture.
- Focus on maximizing usability while maintaining a competitive price point.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in **Product Design**, **Industrial Design**, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in modular furniture design or a similar industry.
- Proficiency in **SolidWorks**, **AutoCAD**, **Fusion 360**, and rendering software like KeyShot or Rhino.
- Knowledge of furniture manufacturing processes and materials.
- Strong understanding of ergonomics, user-centered design, and modular design principles.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

**Preferred**:

- Experience in designing foldable, modular, or convertible furniture.
- Knowledge of sustainable materials and practices.

**Salary Structure**:

- Fixed pay: ₹25,000-₹35,000/month (based on experience and expertise).
- Additional benefits: Opportunity to work on innovative projects with room for career growth.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
