**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct field marketing activities to generate leads and promote our SaaS products to potential customers.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- Identify and qualify prospects through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits to prospects, effectively communicating the value proposition of our SaaS products.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics, including lead generation, conversion rates, and revenue generated.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and tactics.
- Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and pipeline updates to management.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in field marketing and sales, preferably in the SaaS industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and prospects.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a focus on closing deals and driving revenue.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and opportunities.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
