**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct engaging music classes, both in group and private formats, at nearby apartment locations
- Follow Flurn’s teaching methodology to ensure consistent and quality instruction across all classes
- Utilize the Flurn Teacher Partner App to manage class schedules, attendance, and other class-related tasks
- Ensure that all classes begin on time and adhere to the set schedule
- Create a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages growth and enjoyment of music
- **Passion for Teaching**: You love teaching music and find joy in sharing your knowledge
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years experience teaching music to children and adults
- **Certification**: Certified in Keyboard or Guitar, with the ability to follow a structured course outline
- **Adaptability**: Comfortable working with diverse groups of students and tailoring lessons to meet varying skill levels

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 2 - 4 per week

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus

- Sarjapura, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
