Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Music Teacher at Circle of Fifths Music Academy located in Bengaluru. The Music Teacher will be responsible for instructing students in various instruments such as guitar, saxophone, ukulele, drums, violin, and piano, with proficiency in at least two instruments preferred. Daily tasks include creating lesson plans, teaching music theory, providing individualized feedback, preparing students for performances, and fostering a love for music in every student. The teacher will also participate in academy events and contribute to an encouraging learning environment.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in at least two of the following instruments: Guitar, Saxophone, Ukulele, Drums, Violin, Piano
  • Strong skills in Music Theory and Music Performance
  • Experience in Music Education and teaching various age groups
  • Passion for Music and inspiring students
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to create engaging and effective lesson plans
  • A degree in Music or related field is preferred
  • Previous teaching experience in a similar role is an advantage
