Hiring Forklift Operators

Key Responsibilities

1. Safe Operation: Operate forklifts safely and efficiently, following company guidelines.

2. Load Handling: Load, unload, and transport materials, goods, and products within the warehouse or facility.

3. Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels, reporting discrepancies, and performing cycle counts.

4. Material Movement: Move materials to and from production areas, storage areas, and shipping/receiving docks.

5. Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic maintenance tasks, such as checking fluid levels, tire pressure, and hydraulic systems.

Additional Duties

1. Warehouse Organization: Maintain a clean and organized warehouse, including storing materials, cleaning up spills, and disposing of waste.

2. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other warehouse staff, production teams, and supervisors to ensure efficient operations.

3. Safety Protocols: Participate in safety training, follow safety procedures, and report any safety concerns or incidents.

4. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of inventory movements, equipment usage, and other relevant data.

5. Ad-hoc Tasks: Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors or managers, such as cleaning, painting, or assisting with special projects.

**Requirements**:
1. Certification: Possess a valid forklift operator certification or be willing to obtain one.

2. Experience: Have prior experience operating forklifts or similar equipment.

3. Physical Ability: Be physically capable of operating a forklift for extended periods.

4. Attention to Detail: Demonstrate attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

5. Communication Skills: Possess good communication skills to interact with colleagues and supervisors.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
