We are looking for an OET Trainer to join our team As a OET Trainer, you will have the sole responsibility to ensure that the learner is provided with enough opportunity to develop their four key language skills and guide them to achieve an improved OET Score

**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver exceptional Classes and constructive feedback for students (mostly writing & speaking sections).
- Be accountable for the students assigned to you - their grades, attendance, and activeness during classes.
- Conducting and evaluating weekly mock tests.
- Active participation in team meetings and timely reporting of students' performance.
- Other ad-hoc tasks related to curriculum and classes.
- Plan and deliver a variety of Test Modules - lectures and tutorials which focus on the four key skills: Grammar, Listening, Speaking, Reading & Writing.
- Conduct and grade OET practice tests. - Marking and monitoring student's work through ZOOM Platform and conduct regular progress reviews.
- Manage excel sheets

Requirements and qualifications
- Good Communication Skills - we strive on keeping an informal classroom experience, so you should be able to keep the classes interactive and engaging.
- Problem-solving - you should be able to identify students' weaknesses and suggest the right approaches to improve their band scores.
- Empathetic - you might have students from varying English language levels and age groups, so you should be able to tailor your classes to suit them
- Good command of English and has scored high bands in OET
- Lesson Planning ability
- Creative Presentations creation ability
- Good communication skills
- Dedicated, passionate about teaching, creative and excited to explore learning at the same time.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Palarivattom, Cochin, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 2 years (preferred)
