**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to leads and engage with potential clients in a professional manner.
- Follow up with leads regularly to nurture interest and keep communication active.
- Understand and communicate the company's interior design services and offerings effectively to clients.
- Update and maintain lead information in the CRM system promptly and accurately.
- Forward mature and qualified leads to senior team members for further sales discussions.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing team to achieve sales targets and objectives.

**Qualifications**: Minimum 1-2 years of telecalling experience, preferably in the interior design or related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
- Ability to understand and explain interior design services to potential clients.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude towards achieving targets.
