About ARTIANA

ARTIANA is a click-and-mortar hybrid auction house focused on art, watches and luxury collectibles with a 'No Buyer's Premium' policy.

In addition to auctions, ARTIANA also engages with clients through Private Sales. The capacity of this vertical includes hosting exhibitions - which allows the auction house to sell across a wide range of collection categories.

**Responsibilities**:

- Act as a first point of contact for clients, visitors and guests
- Set up art exhibition
- Assisting with marketing, sales for exhibition/ events of the firm
- Handle sales inquiries and liaise with clients
- Maintain and manage the administration of the gallery
- Maintaining contact list and art inventory
- Managing the gallery's collection and initiate safety measures to protect the artwork housed in the firm.

**Requirements**:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge and passion for art
- Prior proven work experience with an art gallery/auction house will be an added advantage
- Ability to multi task

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
