**Job Description**:
**Commercial and Contract Manager (CCM) is responsible for both pre and post contractual matters including reviewing, drafting and negotiation of contracts and thorough monitoring of the performance of signed contracts.
**Key objectives, responsibilities and other requirements associated with this role are detailed as under**:
**Key objectives**:
**_Pre-Sales Stage: _**
- **Provide commercial solutions and alternatives for bid submissions and during client negotiations**:

- **Contribute towards revenue growth through active participation in bids**:

- **Improve Terms and Conditions of contract to minimize the exposure in commercial, delivery and business risks**

**_Post-Sales Stage: _**
- **Enable Delivery through proactive governance of Contract, monitoring of Scope & Obligations**:

- **Improve Account Contribution Margin by controlling scope creep & plugging revenue leakages**:

- **Contribute towards increase in revenue through contract change management process and active participation in account sales initiatives
**Qualifications and Experience**
- **Education: Graduate / post graduate degree in relevant discipline (business administration/ finance/ Law/ engineering)**:

- **Certification in contract & commercial Management will be an added advantage
