**PROFILE INTRODUCTION**:
A junior architect plays a crucial role in the architectural design and planning process. Working under the supervision of senior architects or project managers, they contribute to various stages of architectural projects, from conceptualization to construction.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Design Support**:Assist in the development of architectural designs and concepts.
Create sketches, 3D models, and renderings to visualize design ideas.

**Technical Drawing**:Produce detailed architectural drawings using CAD software.
Draft plans, elevations, sections, and other essential project documents.

**Research and Compliance**:Conduct research on materials, building codes, and regulations.
Ensure designs comply with local building regulations and codes.

**Collaboration**:Work closely with senior architects, engineers, and other professionals.
Communicate effectively within the team and with clients.

**Site Visits**:Visit construction sites to monitor progress and address on-site challenges.
Ensure construction aligns with the approved architectural plans.

**Project Coordination**:Assist in project coordination, managing deadlines, and budgets.
Collaborate with contractors and suppliers to facilitate project execution.

**Problem-Solving**:Identify and resolve design and construction-related issues.
Provide creative solutions that balance aesthetics and functionality.

**Software Proficiency**:Proficient in architectural software tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.

**Professional Development**:Stay updated with industry trends, new technologies, and design innovations.
Pursue continuous learning and skill development.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
- Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant design tools.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and creative problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
