Salary:

- 20,000 To 25,000 Per Month

Education:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.

Experience:

- Total Experience : 3 Years in architectural field.
- Minimum Experience : 1 to 2 Years of Proven experience as a Project Architect with a strong portfolio of completed projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage architectural projects from conception to completion.
- Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements, goals, and constraints.
- Develop architectural designs, plans, and specifications, ensuring alignment with client needs and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including engineers and designers, to integrate various project components.
- Oversee the construction process, ensuring compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects and team members.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, new materials, and technologies to incorporate innovative solutions into designs.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.

Other Qualifications:

- Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
- In-depth knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction methods.
- Strong project management skills, including budgeting and scheduling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Architectural licensure is a plus.
- Continuing education and commitment to staying current in the field.
- Languages:

- English, Hindi and Marathi.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
