Non-Motor Claims Scrutiny and claims processing for settlement
- Coinsurance Claims Process,
- Reconciliation of Incoming Coinsurance Claims
- Branch Office / Other Insurers Claims Query handling
- Coordination with IT Department for Bugs and Developments
- Follow-up and Report Preparations and Co-ordination with MIS and Analytics Team
- Coinsurance Claims Scrutinizing the document/ survey report
- Verify the assessment of claims as per terms and condition of the policy
- Preparation of the Claim note & obtain necessary approvals.
- Review /Payment entry in system & approvals.
- Attending meeting with Stakeholders
- MIS Reports and Data Preparations
- Support Audit and Incidental Activities allocated by RA
- Location Follow ups, review, and Operational Activities

**Mandatory Skills**:
Required Good Communication Skills in English, and good knowledge of MS Excel, E-Mail writing, Live Customer Queries Handling, and providing resolutions.

**Desirable Skills**:
: 1 to 3 Years in General Insurance (Non-Motor Claims/ U/W or Motor/TP Litigation Claims)

**Education/Qualification**:
Graduate/Post graduate
