**Job Description: Biology Tutor (Grades 6-12, All Boards)**

Work Timings: 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM

**About the Role**:
We are looking for passionate and knowledgeable Biology Tutors to teach students from Grades 6 to 12, covering all major educational boards (State, CBSE, ICSE, and others). This role requires a strong foundation in biology concepts and a student-centered teaching approach to help learners achieve their academic goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Prepare students for board exams, competitive exams, and regular assessments with a focus on core biological concepts.

Teach Biology to students from Grades 6 to 12, ensuring board-specific curriculum coverage.

Develop lesson plans and create effective teaching materials aligned with different board syllabi.

Conduct interactive and engaging classes that make learning Biology interesting and comprehensible for students.

Guide students on completing daily diary homework assignments and ensure they understand the concepts thoroughly.

Provide individualized support to students based on their academic needs and learning pace.

Track and evaluate student progress through regular tests, assignments, and feedback sessions.

Maintain a positive and supportive classroom environment that motivates students to learn.

Communicate with parents or guardians regarding student performance and areas for improvement when required.

Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Life Sciences, or a related discipline (B.Ed. preferred).

Experience in teaching Biology to students of Grades 6-12 for State, CBSE, ICSE, or other boards is an advantage.

Excellent teaching and communication skills with the ability to simplify complex biological topics.

Patience, adaptability, and the ability to connect with students at different learning levels.

Work Details:
Locations: Perungudi, T. Nagar, Maduravoyal, and Nungambakkam.

Timing: 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM (Monday to Friday).

Compensation: Competitive pay based on qualifications and experience.
