**Required Qualifications, Skills and Experience**
- BE/ B-Tech / M-Tech /PhD from IIT, NIT or reputed A-Grad Collage / University (For **JEE).**
- M.Sc./ M.Phil./ PhD from reputed University (**For NEET)**
- M.Sc. From reputed University **(For Foundation)**.
- Minimum of 4 years of prior teaching experience (**For JEE/NEET Foundation)**
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Willingness to work closely with teams and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Goal-oriented attitude.
- Very strong academic record

**Key Activities & Responsibilities**
- Research about the most effective content matter and delivery techniques for students
- Be an academic mentor to a group of students, understand their challenges and bring innovative solutions and techniques
- Work on solving doubts & writing solutions for student’s questions.
- Expert level proficiency for foundation **(Class VIII, IX & X)** classes.
- Has passion towards education and effective content communication through visuals.
- Makes learning easy for students from different backgrounds and of different cognitive abilities and you should be open to learning new concepts and tools.
- Is comfortable using technology tools for both video and textual content creation and delivery.
- Produce answers that are 100% accurate
