**Job Title**: Culinary Arts Trainer

**Location**: Mumbai and Navi Mumbai

**Employment Type**: Full-Time and Part-Time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct hands-on training sessions in food preparation, kitchen hygiene, culinary techniques, and presentation skills.
- Deliver lectures and demonstrations covering culinary theory, nutrition, menu planning, food safety, and kitchen management.
- Train students in various cuisines such as Indian, Continental, Oriental, and Bakery & Patisserie, as per the course curriculum.
- Evaluate students’ progress through practicals, assignments, and assessments, and provide constructive feedback.
- Ensure strict adherence to hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards in training kitchens.
- Guide students on time management, teamwork, and professional ethics in a kitchen environment.
- Stay updated with new culinary trends, equipment, and teaching methodologies.
- Assist in designing and updating course content, modules, and training materials.
- Support the organization of food festivals, culinary exhibitions, or live cooking events.

**Key Requirements**:

- Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management, Culinary Arts, or related field from a recognized institute.
- Minimum 6 - 12 months of teaching experience in culinary training institutions.
- Proficiency in culinary techniques and a wide range of cuisines.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to handle and teach young school-going students.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:
