
Front Desk Receptionist

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and well-presented Hotel Receptionist to join our front desk team. As the first point of contact for guests, you will play a key role in creating a positive experience by providing exceptional customer service, handling reservations, and managing guest inquiries efficiently.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner.
- Check guests in and out of the hotel efficiently and professionally.
- Provide guests with information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
- Handle guest complaints or issues with discretion and on time.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
- Process payments and issue invoices accurately.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Follow hotel policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
**Qualifications**:
- High school, diploma or equivalent; hospitality qualification is a plus.
- Previous experience in a customer service or front desk role preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and front desk/reservation software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹9,500.00 per month
