**Roles & Responsibilities**
**This includes but not limited to:
- Accountable for all the production/process/modification/maintenance/documentation related activities in assigned plants.
- Preparation of production planning and meet the production targets as per production schedule.
- Preparation of consumable budget for each financial year and to monitor on monthly basis.
- Responsible for capacity utilization and debottlenecking
- Responsible for generating MIS reports, including monthly reconciliation of raw material, API as per requirement.
- Implement and monitor current good manufacturing practices. On line monitoring of manufacturing area.
- Preparation/Review/Checking and Training of BPRS/ECRs and all quality related documents as per requirement.
- Provide on-the-job training of concern SOPs, safety, and cGMP to all plant personnel.
- Continual upgradation of system and facilities. Monitor the proper utilization of utility to control the environment and intermixing of utility.
- Responsible also to handle the Change Control and CAPA through Track Wise system for different manufacturing facilities.

- Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Interpersonal skills and the ability to work with people at all levels.
