**Job Description for Jr. UI/UX Designer**

**Job Type: -** Permanent

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Researching and creating intriguing designs.
- Translate concepts into creatives, user flows, wireframes, mock-ups, visual designs, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
- Facilitate the client’s product vision by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping, and user-testing experiences for digital products.
- Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mock-ups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
- Be a great team player, experienced in working with agile teams. Ability to collaborate closely with developers, copywriters, and UI/UX designers.
- Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions.
- Optimizing the brand image and adhering to the brand guidelines for improving branding activities

**Required Skills**:

- Excellent design thinking skills
- Knowledge of social media trends and best practices
- Understanding of marketing and branding
- Hands-on experience creating wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, user flows, etc.
- Experience using tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator.
- Experience working in an agile/scrum development process.
- Extensive experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.
- Ability to iterate designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently. Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and clients.

**Qualification and Experience**:

- Experience - 1+ years of relevant experience.
- Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree (Designing / Management / Marketing)
