**Key Responsibilities**:

- Analyze user behavior and preferences through usability testing.
- Create Marketing collateral aligned with brand identity and market trends
- Develop wireframes and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, Canva, Looka, DALL-E, Runway ML
- Collaborate with senior designers to refine concepts and iterate on designs.
- Utilize design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva Pro, Adobe Sensei,Lumen5) for graphics and layout.
- Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
- Gather and analyze feedback to improve the user experience.
- Keep abreast of the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
- Integrate new design methodologies and tools into the workflow.

**Personal attributes**:
**Education and Qualification**:

- A bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years UI/UX design experience for IT services & digital Products.
- A portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for both web and mobile platforms.
- Working knowledge of the following technologies and software: Sketch, Figma, Canva, InVision, Visio, HTML, CSS (SCSS), web, iOS, Android, Design Systems, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- A team player but can work independently too.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
